2. Eligibility

To use this platform, you must:

5. Content and Intellectual Property

By posting content on GOOP, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
  • Represent that you own or have rights to the content
  • Are responsible for your content and any consequences

5.2 Platform IP

All platform content, features, and functionality (excluding user content) are owned by GOOP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP without permission.

6. Tokens and Blockchain Transactions

  • Irreversible: Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or refunded
  • Gas Fees: You are responsible for all blockchain transaction fees
  • Network Delays: Transactions may be delayed or fail due to network congestion
  • Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
  • Lost Access: We cannot recover lost or stolen tokens or wallet access
  • Smart Contracts: You interact with smart contracts at your own risk
  • No Refunds: Token purchases and transactions are final and non-refundable

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • GOOP is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind
  • We are NOT liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are NOT responsible for financial losses from token value changes
  • We are NOT liable for smart contract bugs, hacks, or exploits
  • We are NOT responsible for third-party services or links
  • We are NOT liable for user errors, lost wallets, or stolen assets
  • We are NOT responsible for platform downtime or technical issues
  • Our total liability is limited to $100 USD maximum

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GOOP, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any laws or third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections of these terms that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved through:
